Megan Reilly breaks SUNY New Paltz record at NCAA DIII Regional meet

NEW PALTZ — SUNY New Paltz Women's Cross Country member Megan Reilly of Warwick finished fourth overall at the DIII National Championship, breaking the SUNY New Paltz program record and qualifying for the NCAA DIII National Championship meet.
The Hawks totaled 301 points at Houghton College Golf Course to earn its best standing at the regional meet in program history, coming in 10th place out of 41 schools.
With her program record time, Reilly qualified for a spot at the NCAA Championship meet at Principia College in Elsah, Illinois, on Nov. 18.
Reilly is the first Hawks runner to compete at nationals since Nichole Wischoff ('13) did so in 2011.
