    Tuxedo - The Tuxedo Recreation Department is sponsoring a “Pitch, Hit and Run” competition for youngsters ages 7 through 14 this Saturday at Murphy Field. The official skills competition of Major League Baseball is divided into four age groups and the winners in each group will have the chance to advance through four levels of competition, including Team Championships at Major League ballparks and the National Finals at the 2006 MLB All-Star Game. Saturday’s schedule is: Ages 7-8 at noon, Ages 9-10 at 12:30 p.m. Ages 11-12 at 1 p.m. Ages 13-14 at 1:30 p.m. Participation is free. Volunteers are wanted.
