TUXEDO PARK-The seventh time is a charm n at least that's what Lance Armstrong and Rich Donnelly hope. On July 24, Armstrong hopes to roll victoriously down the Champs-Elysees celebrating his seventh consecutive Tour de France victory. On that same day, amateur triathlete Rich Donnelly hopes to cross the finish line at Ironman USA in Lake Placid, N.Y., for the seventh consecutive time. As a teenager, Donnelly nearly lost a leg in a hit-and-run accident. He has battled pulled hamstrings, hernias, and exercise-induced asthma during his triathlon career. Donnelly, 42, lives in Tuxedo Park.
