Little League gets grant

Warwick-In a brief ceremony held on Saturday, Nov. 12, State Assemblywoman Annie Rabbitt (R/C Greenwood Lake) presented a $1,000 state grant to the Warwick Valley Little League. Thomas Ballard, president of the league, accepted the grant on behalf of his organization. Also attending were town and village officials, and other members of the Warwick Valley Little League. The funds will be used for baseball field improvements at Veterans Memorial Park.
