Junior hockey team wins ‘Ice Time'

Warwick — The Warwick Junior Hockey Team played John Jay on Sunday, Feb. 19, at “Ice Time” in Newburgh. The first goal was scored by Sam Pine during the first period. After a scoreless second period, Brendan Doyle scored to make it 2-0 in the third. Both of these goals were assisted by John Hodgson. Goalie Greg Hodgson kept John Jay scoreless until the last minute of the game. Also, there was a 6 on 5, in favor of John Jay, but Warwick’s defense held them off. The final score of the game was 2-1 for Warwick.
