Goshen Goshen’s Division 2 Youth Football team completed its regular season undefeated, with an 8-0 record. The team played its first playoff game at Goshen on Sunday, defeating a good Middletown team 13-0. It was a hard-hitting game dominated by Goshen from the start. The players scored on the first possession and never looked back. It was the seventh shout-out of the year by the team’s outstanding defense. The next playoff game is on Saturday Nov. 12, at 1 p.m. at Goshen High School against a Minisink team with a good reputation. The winner of this game advances to the Orange County Youth Football League Superbowl at West Point’s Michie Stadium at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 20. The event is free and open to the public.
