Gabriella Evangelista chosen as Warwick Valley High School's 'Student-Athlete of the Week'

— Warwick Valley High School is proud to select senior Gabriella Evangelista as this week's Allstate Student–Athlete of the Week.
Gabriella has played multiple sports during her time at Warwick, highlighted by her fall season as the soccer goal keeper.
The team won the Division Title and finished 15–3–1 as Section IX finalists.
Gabriella was a standout defender and was selected to the Section IX Exceptional Senior Soccer Game.
Gabriella is ranked 18th in the senior class, carrying a weighted grade point average is 99.06. As a senior, she enrolled in four courses for college Credit (AP Calculus, AP History, AP Language and AP Biology) and has been recognized by the NYSPHSAA as a Scholar–Athlete for Soccer in her junior and senior seasons.
She is a member of the National Honor Society, Math Honor Society, Student Senate, Class Officer and Honors Wind Ensemble.
Gabriella received the RIT Innovation and Creativity Award and will be attending The Albany College of Pharmacy where she plans to pursue a doctorate.
Gabriella is the daughter of Sonia and Dominick Evangelista of Warwick. Her brother Anthony is a freshman at Warwick Valley.
