Florida - The Florida U-11 Boys’ team finished the fall season on Sunday, defeating the Pumas from Newburgh by a score of 6-3. With the victory, the boys secured second place in the Hudson Valley Youth Soccer League with an overall record of seven wins, two loses and a tie. Devin Wood and Robby Vanraamsdonk both completed hat tricks to win the game against the Pumas. The boys once again made excellent passes and kept the game on the Newburgh’s half of the field with shot after shot. The Pumas like to play a very physical game but the Florida team surpassed them with their skill for a well deserved win. The boys defeated Real, also from Newburgh, the Sunday before by a score of 1-0.
