    CHESTER AND GOSHEN—Here's an early look at the local fall football schedule. Chester locks up with rival Millbrook twice next year during the regular season. For the past two seasons, the Hambletonians have topped the Blazers in the Class D title game. It should shape up to be an interesting couple of previews for what should be another November date for the title. Goshen will open with their arch for Middletown on Sept. 2. Then they enter a bear of a schedule in arguably section nine's toughest class A division. The Glads go get a lay-up in week five when they travel to Onteora and end with another winnable game against Saugerties.
