Goshen The Orange County Elite 13 and Under Basketball Team won five games and the championship at the Sullivan County Basketball Tournament from April 22 to 23. The scores were as follows: Orange County, 78; Monroe, 6; Orange County, 65; Rockland Rockets B, 24; Orange County, 75; Southern Tier Range, 25; Orange County, 72; Binghamton Raptors, 22; Rockland Rockets A, 56; and Orange County, 51. Championship game: Orange County, 60, defeated the Rockland Rockets A, 56.
