Champion Yankees

On June 21, the Warwick Little League Yankees defeated the Dodgers to win the World Series for the Minor Division. The Yankees really put the meaning of team effort into their games and played an impressive regular season and were undefeated throughout the playoffs. The coaches - Chuck Todd, John Killeen and Brian Egan - exemplified to these boys the meaning of sportsmanship and having fun in the game. Congratulations, Yankees. (Photo provided by Debbie O’Reilly)
