Brett Rosario commits to Houghton College

Warwick. Multi-sport standout to pitch for the Highlanders in the NCAA Empire 8 Conference.

Warwick’ Brett Rosario will continue his baseball career next spring at Houghton College in the Genesee Valley of western New York.

The multi-sport athlete (football, wrestling and baseball) will major in education (History) and continue pitching for the Highlanders of the competitive NCAA Empire 8 Conference, which includes teams from St. John Fisher, Elmira and Utica.

Brett is a two-year varsity baseball player (includes 2021) and left-handed pitcher.

He was recruited by Head Coach Brian Reitnour and is anticipated to be a left-handed reliever for the Highlanders in 2022.

Brett earned NYSPHSAA Scholar–Athlete status for football with a 90 GPA during his junior season.

He chose Houghton over Messiah College in Mechanicsburg, Pa.
