At least 15 members of the Monroe-Woodbury girls swimming and diving team already have qualified for the Section 9 championships next month. The 2005 team, with a record of 6-5 (with two meets to go), has recorded the most wins by a M-W team since 1996, according to the coaches. The team, captained by Liz Feldhaus, Ursula Jeske, Deanna Perez and Ashley Pinchinat, finished third in the Hudson Valley Classic and second at the Crusader Dive Carnival. The last regular season meet is Oct. 25 at Middletown.
