Barbells for boobs

On Oct. 19, members of Intrepid Strength and Conditioning’s Crossfit, Lake Mohawk in Sparta joined with members of their second location at Crossfit, Warwick and participated in the Barbells for Boobs. Members completed a workout called Amazing Grace in support of the event and raised over $9000 to provide mammograms for young women who cannot afford mammograms.
