At the Section 9 Boys Championship swim meet last Friday, four members of the Warwick Valley Boys Varsity Swim team broke the Warwick pool record for the 200M medley relay. The mark, established in 2010, was 1.45.70; the new record now stands at 1.45.20. Pictured from left to right, the swimmers are: Griffith Dowden (a junior who swam the freestyle leg), Morgan Welling (a freshman who swam the backstroke leg), Peter Moore (a junior who swam the butterfly leg) and Matthew Pfohl (also a junior who swam the breaststroke).
