Royal Ranger sign up night is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 7

Warwick — Registration for Outpost 271 of the Royal Rangers, a mentoring program, will take place Wednesday, Sept. 7, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., at Warwick Assembly of God. According to the press release announcing the registration, the program provides “Christ-like character formation and servant leadership development for boys and young men in a highly relational and fun environment. Our mission is to evangelize, equip, and empower the next generation of Christlike men and lifelong servant leaders. “Some local annual activities include camping (winter and summer), archery, pine car derby, outdoor games and more,” the group added in its press release. “In addition to learning life, outdoor, and sport skills, your son will be exposed to character building scripture studies.” Outpost 271 meets at Warwick Assembly of God meets on Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 8 p.m. during the school year.
