Greenwood Lake —Assemblywoman Annie Rabbitt, R-C-Greenwood Lake, is saying ‘good-bye’ to legislative intern, Megan Rowan. Rowan served as Rabbitt’s legislative session intern in Albany while completing her studies at SUNY Albany. “Megan was a valuable asset to me, my staff and the constituents of the 97th Assembly district,” said Rabbitt. “I know that Megan leaves us today with a better understanding of how government functions and the impediments faced by lawmakers in the state Legislature. We wish her all the best in all her future endeavors.” Rowan, who is from Warwick, graduates from SUNY Albany this week with a degree in political science, concentrating in global relations, and minors in Spanish as well as Italian. She plans to take some time traveling Europe before beginning law school this fall.
