Prisco is new land trust president

Deanna J. Prisco of the Town of Mount Hope has been named president of the Orange County Land Trust. Prisco, a retired teacher with the Highland Falls School District, has been a board member for eight years. She has served as vice president for the past three years and was chairperson of the Land Trust’s Stewardship Committee. Prisco is a former board member of the Fort Montgomery Battle Site Association and is a session member of the Otisville/Mount Hope Presbyterian Church. The board also appointed Mary Yrizarry of Tuxedo vice president and Francis Wickham of Howells as second vice president. Bruce Lott of Walden will continue as secretary and Herb Stein of Washingtonville will continue as the treasurer.
