Portelli earns state REALTOR designation

Warwick - Anthony Portelli, an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Currier and Lazier in Warwick, has been awarded the GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) designation by the New York State REALTOR Institute. To gain the designation, Portelli completed 90 hours of residential real estate education to meet the standards established by the National Association of REALTORS. The REALTOR Institute of New York, which is conducted by the New York State Association of REALTORS, was developed to satisfy the need for a comprehensive and effective learning experience in various phases of real estate. By taking courses offered by the Institute, a REALTOR or REALTOR associate can become a more competent professional and elevate the standards of the real estate industry.
