Polish language classes begin Feb. 2

    PINE ISLAND - The Hudson Valley Polonaise Society (HVPS) will offer the following programs for people interested in learning the Polish language and dances: • Youth Polish language classes begin Saturday, Feb. 2 at St. Joseph’s School, 14 Glenmere Ave., Florida, for ages five to 15 years from 10 a.m. to noon. Call Jolanta at 386-4909. • Adult Polish language classes, featuring beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, will be held Monday nights beginning Feb. 4 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. for 15 weeks at the CYO in Pine Island.
