Allan Debernardo, 44, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in Village Court.

Jonathan Ramirez, 31, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in Village Court.
Nicholas Biagiotti, 20, of Highland Mills, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in Village Court.

An 18-year-old male from Sussex, N.J., was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Town Court.
Michael O’Dell, 29, of Florida, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Town Court.
