June 2 • Francis M. McCabe, 24, of Woodhaven, N.Y., was arrested and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • Barry J. Petry, 42, of Jacksonville, Fla., was arrested and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Hoyt Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court. • Matthew C. Hedge, 25, of New York City, was arrested and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Smith Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • A 19-year-old male from Warwick, was arrested and charged with second-degree harassment following an incident on Little York Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court. June 5 • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was arrested and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Higway 94. He was released to reappear in Town Court. June 7 • Joseph N. Grasso, 22, of Greenwood Lake, N.Y., was arrested and charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Penaluna Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court.
