Aug. 22 A 19-year-old male from Ossining was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on bail. Aug. 23 A 17-year-old female from Harriman was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket. Yesenia Darias, 22, of Chester, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket. Aug. 24 A 19-year-old male from Campbell Hall was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. John A. Keleman, 31, of Harriman, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. David Frederick, 32, of Melbourne, Fla., was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail. Aug. 25 Hamlet Aquino-Infante, 29, of Yonkers, was charged with third-degree robbery, a felony, and released on bail. Francisco Guzman, 30, of Tarrytown, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree possession of a forged instrument, felonies, and petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released on bail. Aug. 26 Joseph A. Hernandez, 42, of Kingston, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and several equipment violations. He was issued an appearance ticket. Stephen L. Kikkert, 39, of Hackettstown, N.J., was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket. Aug. 27 Deborah A. Sattler, 22, of Highland Mills, was charged with first-degree operator impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.
