No parking permitted during lousy weather

    Warwick — The Town of Warwick has an ordinance prohibiting the parking of all vehicles on town roads during inclement weather, from Nov. 1 to April 1. The ban includes all town highways, roads and other public property, including all streets of Kings Estates and Sugar Hills. Vehicles in violation will be towed at the owner’s expense. Also, any person who throws, shovels, snow blows, plows or places snow or ice into a public street, highway, or right of way shall be guilty of a violation and subject to a fine not exceeding $250, and/or an imprisonment not exceeding 15 days.
