    Warwick - Here’s a rundown of some of the things happening in the next week within Warwick: Town beach The Warwick Town Beach at the Thomas P. Morahan Waterfront Park in Greenwood Lake is now open on weekends until June 28 when it switches to seven days a week. Supervised swimming is available from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. with certified lifeguards on duty. Picnicking and fishing are also available. Butterfly garden The Warwick Valley Gardeners have created and will be dedicating a new butterfly garden at the Pine Island Park on Monday, June 20 at 10:30 a.m. This wonderful garden will incorporate plants from the garden of the P.I. Elementary School and stepping stones from the Kids Club House. (For additional information, turns to page 29.) Pine Island Black Dirt Farmers Market U.S. Rep. Nan Hayworth will be at the new Pine Island Black Dirt Farmers Market this Saturday. The market is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is located in the Pine Island Park on Kay Road. The town is looking for feedback on its newly redesigned Town web site. “We hope that this design is easier to navigate and puts information more readily at your fingertips,” Sweeton said. The next regular meeting of the Town Board will be held on Thursday, June 23rd at 1 pm in the Warwick Town Hall, 132 Kings Highway. Please note the time change of this meeting. Firefighters carnival The Warwick Volunteer Fire Department will host its annual summer carnival at Veterans’ Memorial Park beginning next Wednesday, June 22 at 6 p.m. and ending with a spectacular fireworks display on Saturday evening, June 25. Graduations S.S. Seward Institute will hold commencement services on Saturday, June 25, at 10 a.m. The Warwick Valley High School also has scheduled graduation for Saturday, June 25, at 10 a.m.
