    The following is the latest on the academic successes of the young men and women from the area: • Timothy Olaf Bakke of Warwick, the son of Timothy and Marion Bakke, graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H. Bakke majored in English. • Jason LaBerge, Warwick class of 2005, participated in the 2007 Frank J. Ruck Leadership Institute on June 20-24, in Williamsburg, Va., at the College of William and Mary. This is the Sigma Phi Epsilon premier leadership development experience. LaBerge was one of only 150 SigEp brothers across the country offered the opportunity to become a better student, better SigEp and better man. The son of Dee LaBerge and William LaBerge of Warwick, he attends the College of Engineering at the University of South Florida in Tampa. The following students from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University were named to the dean’s list for the spring semester: • Jocelyn Lederman of Warwick, general studies in management. • Zachary Morris of Warwick, finance and marketing management. • April Quigley of Warwick, marketing and supply chain management. • Lauren Solomon of Warwick, marketing management. The following students are on the dean’s list for their outstanding academic achievement at Harpur College of Arts and Sciences of Binghamton University, State University of New York: • Casandra A. Stephenson of Florida. • Toni A. Armagost of Warwick. • Courtney S. Kates of Warwick. • Adam J. Pellegrini of Warwick. The following local residents have been named to the dean’s list at Binghamton University from the Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science: • Matthew A. Giliotti of Warwick. • James E. Warner of Warwick. • Michael Ludwig of Warwick has been named to the Binghamton University Scholars Program. St Participants receive a scholarship, early class registration, involvement in leadership classes, culminating in a capstone research project. • Nicholas Shields, a 2006 graduate of Warwick Valley High School, has been named to the dean’s list for the third quarter at Rochester Institute of Technology. A first year student in RIT’s Kate Gleason College of Engineering, the Wawrick resident is studying mechanical engineering.
