MSMC offers courses during January recess

    NEWBURGH —Mount Saint Mary College will offer six undergraduate courses during the January Interim, Jan. 2-19, while the Division of Education is offering seven graduate courses. Students can earn three credits in three weeks, with classes meeting daily, in the following undergraduate courses: Fairy Tales; Literature for Young Adults; History of Asia; Psychology Internship; Introduction to Biblical Study; and Special Topics in Spanish. The Division of Education will offer the following graduate courses: Introduction to Special Education; Applied Research in Behavior Management; Measurement and Evaluation for Pupils with and without Learning Disabilities; Nature of Schools in the Education of All Children; Theories, Research and Application of Adolescent Development; Content Area Literacy in the Secondary School for Pupils with and without Disabilities; and Content Area Enhancement for Pupils with Disabilities. The three-credit courses meet from 4 to 9 p.m. on three Fridays and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on three Saturdays. The Content Area Enhancement course will be offered 4 to 8 p.m. on three Thursdays and Fridays, and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on three Saturdays.
