‘Moonlight over Warwick' gala raises nearly $14,000

Warwick - The sold out fourth annual “Moonlight over Warwick” gala raised almost $14,000 that will be donated to the library and the new library building fund. The highlight of the evening was the live auction, “Chair-ish” Our Library,” which included 15 library chairs uniquely decorated by local artists. According to the gala’s organizers, auctioneer Ron Hennel energized the crowd by highlighting the creative local artists. The Friends of the Library are very grateful for the tremendous community support from the attendees, donors, bakers, committee members, chair artists, local merchants, catering staff at Hickory Hill Golf Club and The Loose Caboose musicians.
