Local photographer to exhibit works at library

Greenwood Lake Local photographer Jacqueline O’Malley-Satz will be exhibiting her works at the Greenwood Lake Public Library Works of Art Gallery through the month of April. A “Meet the Artist” reception will be held on Sunday, April 6, from 1-3 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. O’Malley-Satz is a resident of New Hampton. Her one-person show, “Mexotique,” is a collection of photographs from her travels to the Baja Peninsula. Her exhibit coincides with the Library’s annual International Celebration. The library celebrates a different nationality through various programming and internationally-themed special events. This year the library is celebrating Latin heritage. The exhibit, which will run from Tuesday, April 1, through Friday, April 25, will be open for viewing during the library’s regular operating hours Mondays and Fridays (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), Saturdays (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.), and Sundays (11 to 3 p.m.).
