WVT Communications donates to Anthony C. Quinn Memorial Fund

WARWICK WVT Communications has donated $287 to the Anthony C. Quinn Memorial Fund, a component fund of the Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan.
WVT and its employees raised this money for the Anthony C. Quinn Memorial Fund through their Denim Does Good dress down program, which is done on an annual basis.
The Anthony C. Quinn Memorial Fund was established to memorialize Warwick resident Anthony Quinn who passed away at the age of 23. He was a remarkable young man who lived his short life to the fullest. Quinn left a legacy of accomplishments, as well as a huge imprint on all the hearts he touched. He was a Warwick High School high honor student and participated in numerous athletic and community activities.
Quinns passion was swimming and he set the Warwick Valley High School record in the 100 yard backstroke, which still stands today. He attended Dominican College and graduated summa cum laude, ranking number one in his class.
Quinn began his career as a certified athletic trainer and was pursuing a masters degrees in physical therapy. Quinns dream was to open a pediatric physical therapy clinic with his best friend and brother, John.
The intent of this scholarship is to recognize a Warwick Valley High School student who is academically strong, and more importantly, emulates Anthonys character.
Contributions to the Anthony C. Quinn Memorial Fund are welcome at any time. Donations can be made payable to CFOS- Anthony C.
