On Tuesday, Nov. 13, and Wednesday, Nov. 14, you may drop off items at Warwick Valley High School from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

A truck will be parked outside the school loading dock (behind the side entrance and near the greenhouse).

Members of the school district staff and student body will coordinate collection and help with distribution, and Warwick residents will transport the items to hard hit areas including Breezy Point, Staten Island and Wall Township High School in New Jersey.

Items needed include:

Baby items - diapers, wipes, bottles, formula, food

Aluminum pans, garbage bags, flashlights, extension cords, power strips, rakes, shovels, gloves, socks, hats, gloves

Sanitary napkins, Depends, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes

The district’s plan is to collect items on Tuesday and Wednesday, then get trucks rolling to hard hit areas on Thursday.

Community members are invited to support this effort.
