We’re not sure this wind-blown dog is old enough to drive, but we do love his hairdo. We also thought this photo might prompt some witty captions from readers. When The Warwick Advertiser asked readers to suggest captions for a photo last month, more than 50 people responded. And that was for a photo of ducks. Who knew?
