What happens when fog freezes

A heavy coating of frost covered trees and bushes in Warwick and Pine Island earlier this month. y Friday morning January 17, 2014. A close up view revealed that rime ice had built up on the branches, underbrush and fences in the heavy overnight fog and freezing temperatures.
