Warwick Valley High School Classes of 1977 and 1978 to hold reunion

WARWICK — If you don't come to the reunion, you'll regret it.
That's the message from the Reunion Committee for the upcoming combined class reunion of the Warwick Valley High School Classes of 1977 and 1978, which begins on Friday, Sept. 28.
Guests are invited to kick off the Reunion weekend with a relaxing "Meet and greet" at Pennings Cidery, where they can catch up with old friends, and enjoy the view of the Warwick Valley.
There will be a cover charge of $10 per person at the door and that includes one free glass of cider.
Those who plan to attend should sign up on Eventbrite so that the Class Reunion Committee can project the number of attendees.
Other activities include a High School tour, a golf outing at Hickory Hill and an easy 1.5 mile hike around Cascade Lake, good for all skill levels and an opportunity to enjoy the foliage and share stories about past adventures at the lake.
The final event of the reunion weekend will be held from 6 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29, at the Warwick Country Club and will feature a casual buffet dinner, music and cash bar.
Jeremy Langdale will provide the musical entertainment from 6 to 9 p.m.
"And then," said class of 78' graduate Garrett Durland, "it's music from our era put together by classmates. This will be a fun, relaxing and casual event. Come and enjoy a great evening with your classmates"
Tickets for this dinner event are $75 per person.
