WARWICK — In August, the Warwick Valley Future Farmers of America won first place at the New York State Fair in Syracuse.
That, in turn, earned the organization the honor to go to the National Junior Horticultural Association (NJHA) Conference to compete for a national title. The NJHA Conference will be held in Wisconsin Dells, Wis., Oct. 5-12.
Community support is needed to make this trip possible. All donations are tax deductible.
The National FFA is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education. It is the largest 501C-3 youth organization in the United States.
Donations by check should be made payable to Warwick Valley FFA and sent to Warwick Valley FFA, PO Box 595, Warwick, NY 10990.
For additional information or to make a donation call Erin Langdale at 987-7197 and a representative from FFA will stop by.
