Warwick Valley Chamber to hold business mixer at CrossFit on Feb. 21

WARWICK — It's an opportunity to get fitness tips at a fun social event.
The Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce will showcase Intrepid Strength and Conditioning at CrossFit Warwick on Thursday, Feb. 21, in an after-hours business mixer at 77 Forester Ave. from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
And it's an opportunity to wrap up your workday and get busy networking with business professionals from around the Warwick Valley while catching a glimpse of a state-of-the-art fitness center.
Guests will also have an opportunity to enjoy appetizers, prizes, giveaways, and fitness demonstrations.
Intrepid Strength and Conditioning is a community of individuals from all walks of life who have a common goal in working hard to maximize their health and fitness potential.
They work with clients in one on one and group settings.
Anyone looking to improve overall health and well being can benefit from their holistic approach to physical training, proper nutrition and optimal recovery methods. Using these methods and staying consistent their clients have achieved amazing results beyond the gym.
The Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce extends an invitation to join its members for this unique social occasion.
General admission to the event is $20. For members of the chamber and their guests, the cost is $10.
