A $2,000 donation from the Warwick Valley Rotary Club will be used to purchase household filtration systems for a rural Haitian village, where children suffer from intestinal illnesses due to polluted drinking water. Laura Livingston, who is helping coordinate the Haitian water project with the Vassar College Rotaract Club and Rotary supported Pure Water for the World, is shown at the May 15 Warwick Rotary meeting with 2011-2012 Rotary District Governor Tansukh Dorawala, Warwick Rotary President John Buckley and Assistant Governor Stan Martin.
