Small Things Inc. is a Warwick-based nonprofit focused on community supported giving. The organization was formed in April 2020.

The nonprofit’s inaugural campaign, Truckloads of Gratitude, has gifted more than 250 lunches plus 20 dozen cupcakes benefitting health care professionals and emergency responders.

The meals and desserts are prepared and delivered by the nonprofit’s local family-owned-business campaign partners and are funded entirely through the generosity of donors.

More recently, the organization has turned its attention to fighting local food insecurity.

“Small Things Inc. was formed for our neighbors, to raise and distribute funds to benefit our community - and now more than ever we have neighbors in need,” said founder Tracy Gregoire. “By offering our support to organizations in our area that fight hunger, we can make a difference one small thing at a time.”

Since August, Small Things Inc. has raised more than $1,000 for local food pantries, including the Warwick Ecumenical Food Pantry and Sacred Heart Church Parish Outreach Program in Monroe.

The nonprofit also offers support to Warwick’s Backpack Snack Attack Program, which feeds close to 300 local school children.

Small Things Inc. sponsored a child for the 2020 school year through Backpack’s “Angel” Program, and remains committed to donating 5 percent of proceeds from its Truckloads of Gratitude campaign to the group.

Small Things Inc. is a tax-approved 501(c)(3) charity. To learn more visit www.smallthingsinc.org, Facebook and Instagram.
