WARWICK — On Saturday, Oct. 7, Warwick ShopRite Store Manager Charlie Sladek, joined by Company President Brat Wing and District Manager Rich Martin presented a symbolic check for $4,000 to the Amity Foundation for Healing with Horses, a nonprofit that specializes in the healing and therapeutic power of horses to help those who suffer from the psychological, emotional and relational effects of trauma, including veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.
The company issued a statement that ShopRite is committed to giving back to the communities its stores serve.
