WARWICK — On Thursday, May 1, Town of Warwick Supervisor Michael Sweeton, Mayor Michael Newhard and members of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors joined Young H. Pak, DDS, his associates and staff, for the grand opening of Warwick Pediatric Dental.

Pak, who currently has a practice in Oradell, New Jersey, recently opened a new office at 35 Ronald Reagan Blvd., Suite B, in Warwick.

After graduating from the University of Southern California, he received his specialist training in pediatric dentistry from New York University.

Pak was also named a Teaching Fellow at the New York University Pediatric Dental Clinic and he is a recipient of the prestigious Ayuda Humanitarian Award and the USC Outstanding Pediatric Dentist Award.

In his pediatric practice Pak uses several different approaches to calm nervous children including nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral conscious sedation and tell-show-do technique.

Pak says the most rewarding aspect of his profession is the ability to help kids and to make a positive impact in their lives. And he said that the members of his staff in Warwick, that have helped him along his journey, are kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

"They're here to serve you," he said, "and to make sure you receive the attention you need. We want to welcome you to our new practice with open arms and we want you and your children to put your trust in us. We're here for you, creating smile after smile."
