RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — A Warwick man was found dead inside a portable restroom at a Ridgewood, N.J. construction site on Monday.
The man has been identified as 37-year-old Scott Listwon of Warwick, according to Ridgewood Police Chief Jacqueline Luthcke.
The cause of the death is an “apparent overdose,” Luthcke said, and the man was not connected to the construction site.
Police were called to the scene at about 6:45 a.m. on July 3 where Listwon’s body was found inside a portable restroom at a Franklin Avenue construction site, the location of a future Starbucks.
The Bergen County medical examiner's office is investigating.
