WARWICK — Members of the Warwick Valley Gardeners "shared the love" with residents of the Mount Alverno Assisted Living Center at their annual Valentine's Day flower arranging activity on Saturday, Feb. 9.
Twenty four residents created a beautiful flower arrangement that they could keep or give as a gift.
Following the activity, the group enjoyed a time of singing, led by Mary Pohlman.
The Garden Therapy program is a state and national award-winning program that provides six sessions at Mount Alverno each year and also does a spring outreach to people receiving Meals on Wheels.
The club also funds and maintains nine gardens throughout the village and town.
