Warwick Democratic Committee unanimously endorses candidates for town positions

    — The Warwick Democratic Committee unanimously endorsed three candidates for town positions at its meeting on Monday, March 4.
    Corey Bachman and Patricia McMillan were endorsed to run for two Town Board seats in the upcoming November election.
    The committee also endorsed Christine Stage for Town Justice.
    Corey BachmanCorey Bachman purchased a home in Warwick in 2017.
    He is currently a digital marketing director at a K-9 school serving students with dyslexia and other language-based learning disabilities.
    A former award-winning journalist for NBC News, he has covered political affairs on the local and national stage and is passionate about sustainability, infrastructure and other issues impacting our community.
    Born and raised in Florida, he holds an undergraduate degree in broadcast journalism and communications.
    Pat McMillanPatricia "Pat" McMillan has been a resident and small-business owner in the valley for nearly 20 years.
    She earned a B.S. in Accounting and went on to receive her MBA from Columbia University and her CPA.
    During her 30+ years in financial services, McMillan managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios for large and mid-sized companies and helped investors fund affordable housing initiatives.
    Locally, she is a consultant to individuals and small businesses, providing tax and management advice.
    Her experience has taught her the importance of fiscal fairness and prepared McMillan for the unique challenge of encouraging sustainable, economic development opportunities in Warwick.
    Christine StageChristine Stage is a 37-year resident of Warwick.
    For more than 30 years, Stage prosecuted child abuse and neglect cases for the County Attorney’s Office.
    She is currently in private practice in Warwick where she handles Family Court and Criminal cases.
    Stage is a former President of the Orange County Bar Association and is a vice president of the Women's Bar Association of Orange and Sullivan County.
    She is currently the treasurer and former president of the Warwick Lions Club, past president of the Warwick Jaycees and the Pine Island PTA.
