Warwick Community EXPO 2013 opens next Saturday at the Middle School

WARWICK — It’s free, it’s entertaining, it’s informative and it’s almost here.
Community EXPO, now in its sixth year, opens next Saturday, April 6, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Warwick Valley Middle School.
The family-oriented event is open to the public and will showcase area businesses, both storefront and home-based, celebrating local products and services as well as networking opportunities for participants.
There is no admission fee.
Approximately 100 businesses, including restaurants, retail stores, financial advisors, accountants, real estate agencies, contractors, health care providers and so forth are expected to exhibit.
Demos and samples
Many of the vendors will be offering demonstrations, free gifts, discounts, samples, informational literature and the like.
Chef Shawn Hubbell of AMUZAE will be on hand to tempt your pallet. And EXPO will offer entertainment for the family featuring Oakie Dokie the Clown, a Magic show by Magic Music Entertainment and face painting by Kim Scotto.
There will also be student musical performances throughout the day and a taekwondo demonstration by the United Martial Arts Center nationally ranked demonstration team.
