WARWICK — There seem to be many people in the Warwick Valley who are interested in topics related to holistic living, which is not surprising given the number of places to enjoy fresh healthy foods, healthy pursuits and the great outdoors.

Susanne Meyer-Fitzsimmons, author and Holistic Living blogger, has joined with Bluestone Acupuncture for an upcoming presentation on healthy living that is expected to appeal to this wide audience.

On Wednesday, Feb. 26, from 7 to 8 p.m., Meyer-Fitzsimmons will present "Health: What is it, How do we get it, and Who is the Actual Healer" at Bluestone Acupuncture, 45 West St. in Warwick.

The event format is more of a discussion, where participants are encouraged to ask questions and share their own experiences and stories and come away with some new ideas about pursuing their own healthy journey.

This free event is part of a series that Meyer-Fitzsimmons is conducting throughout the region that touches upon various aspects of food, health, sustainability and spiritual and mindful living.

Bluestone will hold another of Meyer-Fitzsimmons’ events on March 26 with the topic of food.
