Volunteers raise funds for the Warwick Foundation for Excellence in Learning

WARWICK — On Saturday, Nov. 30, volunteers for the Warwick Foundation for Excellence in Learning were stationed outside Railroad Green on Small Business Saturday, a busy shopping day, to raise funds by selling refreshments to passers by.
The Warwick Foundation for Excellence in Learning Inc. (WFEL) was established last spring by a group of concerned parents.
The mission of the organization is to promote, enhance, provide and enrich educational, teaching and learning opportunities within the entire Warwick Valley School District.
The foundation was organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes supplemental to the annual school budget.
