WARWICK — Donations to the Warwick Ecumenical Council's Food Pantry are mandatory for employees of Vogel and Moore Nationwide Insurance Agency, 13 Wheeler Ave., who wish to participate in dress down Friday.
That, along with collecting donations from clients by posting information in the office and on Facebook, resulted in the Warwick office collecting more than 150 pounds of non-perishable food thus far.
In addition, cash donations can be used to purchase almost 900 additional pounds.
Thousands of Nationwide associates donate to food drives and volunteer at food banks across the country each year.
This year the Nationwide Insurance Regional goal is 25,000 pounds.
