WARWICK — Here’s the rundown on what to expect this Sunday at the Warwick Valley Farmers’ Market, as provided by market manager Kate Eicher:

Farmers Despite the heat wave, the farmers still need to harvest – and the bounty is plentiful! The taste of a fresh, local salad or the juice running from those peaches and plums as you take a bite will make your summer memories come wash over you.

This week, Olive Oil of the World is back with the best Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegar. Stop by for a chat with Ersilia to find out more about how these are made and the families who make them. She can also help you find the best one for your needs whether you use olive oil to cook, drizzle over fresh produce, or dip your favorite breads.

Edge of Knife Returns Bring your dulled knifes, scissors, and tools to Jim the Knife Guy this Sunday to get them sharpened and make your cooking easier and yard work more efficient.

Warwick Historical Society Over the past few weeks we have learned about blacksmithing, how to make a shingle and how to make a hand-hewn beam using a broad axe. This Sunday, meet Dr. Robert Schmick, executive director of the Warwick Historical Society and find out how our community can connect to our living history. The Warwick Historical Society will continue to be present at the market throughout the season with demonstrations and information.
