There's nothing nutty about this

WARWICK — It's an important milestone for any business.
On Thursday, June 8, members of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce joined co-owner Annette DiZenzo and members of her family to celebrate the first year anniversary of The Junction at 16 Railroad Ave. in the Village of Warwick.
Many customers have nicknamed the business "The Peanut Store." But as the sign says: "We're more than nuts."
The store features seasonal footwear, handbags, wallets, hats for women and men, fun costume jewelry, sunglasses, stationery, accessories and gifts. But modeled after The Peanut Shop of Williamsburg, Virginia, The Junction has also become well known for its selection of more than 60 flavors of nuts including peanuts, cashews, almonds, pecans and pistachios.
And most are available for tasting.
In the past year, co-owners DiZenzo and her husband, Jim, observed that customer favorites include smokehouse bacon and cheddar, wasabi, caramel apple, milk chocolate peanut butter peanuts, honey toasted cashews and dark chocolate espresso beans.
"In addition to the nuts," said Annette DiZenzo, "we proudly sell The Cape May Peanut Butter Company nut butter spreads like cappuccino, butterscotch, honey roasted, almond, cashew, sunflower and more. We even have wine sticks to pair with your favorite glass of wine. And for those hot days and nights stop in for Warwick's own all natural Iceys by Cool Suppliers, Mango, Blueberry, Strawberry and Wild Cherry."
The Junction is open Tuesday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
