WARWICK — Stage N Sell offers staging for every occasion.
Three creative Warwick businesswomen, Deborah Krol, Marge King-Porter and Felicia Tanzosh, have combined their extensive talents to form Stage N Sell.
The purpose staging is to present a property in its best light.
Stage N Sell, a full-service staging company based in Warwick, blends the partners' years of experience in real estate, design and staging to facilitate the sale of a home or enhance a business's work environment.
On Monday, Oct. 30, Warwick Supervisor Michael Sweeton, Mayor Michael Newhard and members of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce joined Krol, King-Porter, Tanzosh and their friends and family members to announce their business to the community and celebrate their new membership in the Chamber with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Although primarily serving the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan Area, Stage N Sell has handled staging projects from South Carolina to New England.
• "Home staging is our passion," said Krol, who has more than 30 years as a real estate agent in New York and New Jersey. "Our firm offers staging for every occasion."
Besides extensive experience in the window display business, King-Porter owned and operated antique stores in New Jersey and the Clocktower in the Village of Warwick for 20 years.
She specializes in holiday and seasonal decorating.
• A member of the Warwick Valley Rotary Club, King-Porter has frequently decorated homes for St. Anthony Community Hospital's "Holly Trail" now known as the "Winding Through Warwick" Christmas home tour.
• Tanzosh has years of experience staging homes along the East Coast.
Her specialty styles include beach and contemporary. She works with subcontractors and just completed a total exterior facelift in Sugar Loaf.
